1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EmbedMyBot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and customers.

2. Description of Service

EmbedMyBot is an AI chatbot platform that allows users to build, train, and deploy chatbots using their own data sources — including documents, websites, and text content. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload, train, or distribute illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant EmbedMyBot a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. EmbedMyBot retains all rights to the platform, software, and technology underlying the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses language models to generate responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing the output of any chatbot you deploy and ensuring it meets your standards before publishing it to end users.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmbedMyBot and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
