E-commerce (planned)

Native connectors for WooCommerce and Shopify so the bot can look up order status and delivery, and recommend products with live price and stock — plus a generic REST connector for custom/Next.js stores.

Automation (planned)

Webhooks for leads and conversations.
Zapier / Make connectors.
A public REST API.

Today, the widget already auto-forwards events to Google Analytics / GTM, and you can wire up custom logic with the JavaScript API.
